All sales are final and no refunds can be given. Only domain names, and no websites are offered with the asking price.

The domain names which are registered with enom.com  will be tranfered with authorization code sent to the buyer, so he/she can initiate a transfer to his/her own registrar!

The canadian(.ca) domain names will change owner at domainsatcost.ca registrar. Buyer of canadian(.ca) domain names must fullfill the canadian residence rules!

Domain name payments shall be made through escrow.com, paypal.com or through wire transfer!

The fact is, that we do encourage buyers to use www.Escrow.com!

The buyer is to cover all merchant fees,bank fees and/or escrow fees!

Should there be an open offer on any domain name, the offer will expire after 7 days. After the 7 day period the owner of the particular domain name is not required to sell the domain name any more to the  bidder!
